يواصل قسم هندسة جيولوجيا النفط بجامعة النجم الساطع تنفيذ رحلاته الميدانية التدريبية، تحت إشراف أعضاء هيئة التدريس، وذلك ضمن البرنامج العملي لتأهيل الطلاب وربط الجانب النظري بالتطبيق الميداني.
تضمنت الرحلات تدريباً شاملاً على استخدام دليل الزي الميداني الجيولوجي، دراسة التراكيب السطحية، رسم الخرائط الجيولوجية، تحديد المواقع الجغرافية باستخدام الخرائط، حساب الإحداثيات الجيولوجية، ورسم الأعمدة الطبقية (Open Traverses).
وشملت مناطق الدراسة: وادي الكوف، وادي الوطيات، وادي الزاد بمنطقة الجبل الأخضر، ومنطقة توكره شمال شرق ليبيا، لما تتميز به من تنوع جيولوجي غني.
تأتي هذه الأنشطة تعزيزاً لكفاءة الطلبة الميدانية وتحضيراً لمتطلبات اتمام مشاريع التخرج.
The Department of Petroleum Geology Engineering at Bright star University
continues to conduct its field training trips under the supervision of faculty members, as part of the practical program aimed at qualifying students and linking theoretical knowledge with field application.
The field trips included comprehensive training on the use of the geological fieldwork guide, studying surface structures, geological mapping, identifying locations using maps, calculating geological coordinates, and constructing stratigraphic columns (Open Traverses).
The study areas included: Wadi Al-Kouf, Wadi Al-Wutayyat, Wadi Al-Zad in the Green Mountain region, and the Tokrah area in northeastern Libya, due to their rich geological diversity.
These activities aim to enhance students’ field skills and prepare them to meet the requirements for completing their graduation projects.
