مقدمة:
يسر جامعة النجم الساطع أن تعلن عن تنظيم المؤتمر العلمي الحادي عشر، والذي يُعقد تحت عنوان:
«الأنظمة الهندسية المتكاملة: الابتكارات التكنولوجية والاتجاهات المستقبلية»
مع إمكانية المشاركة حضوريًا أو افتراضيًا.
تنظم كلية الهندسة التقنية بجامعة النجم الساطع هذا التجمع العلمي لقادة الصناعة والباحثين والمبتكرين من مختلف تخصصات الهندسة: النفطية، الكيميائية، الميكانيكية ، الكهربائية والإلكترونية وكذلك هندسة المواد والمعادن.
يعمل هذا المؤتمر كمنصة حيوية لتبادل المعرفة والتعاون ودفع التقدم في الهندسة التي تشكل عالمنا.
على مدار الايام المحددة سنخوض في أحدث الأبحاث ونستكشف تقاطع هذه المجالات ونعالج التحديات الصناعية الحرجة بشكل مباشر.
يجمع المؤتمر الباحثين والأكاديميين وقادة الصناعة لمناقشة أحدث التطورات في مجالات:
إشعال حوار عالمي في طليعة الهندسة، حيث تتلاقى العقول المتنوعة لإثارة الابتكار وتشكيل مستقبل مستدام.

Born in 1976 in Ajdabiya, Libya, prof. Mansour Khalifa Hamad Nashad is a distinguished academic and higher education leader with over 25 years of professional experience. He currently serves as President of Bright Star University in Brega, Libya. prof. Nashad holds a Ph.D. in Engineering Management from the Faculty of Economic Sciences and Management, University of Sfax, Tunisia, and holds the academic rank of Associate Professor. Between 2017 and 2024, he has authored 13 peer-reviewed research papers, making significant contributions to the fields of engineering management and higher education.
Experienced academic with a Ph.D. in Mechanical and Energy Engineering (France) and over 25 years of experience in teaching, research, and academic leadership. Has held key positions including Dean, Vice President for Academic Affairs, and Head of Department. Widely published in fields such as metal deformation, oil refining, renewable energy, and environmental assessment. Supervised numerous theses and graduation projects in engineering and energy systems. Actively involved in scientific committees and international conferences.
Dr. Abdelgader Agilah Saleh Gheidan is an academic at Bright Star University, Brega, Libya, where he has served since 2018. He earned his Ph.D. from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) and has published approximately 19 scientific papers. He received the Best Paper Award at i-CIPEC 2024 in Malaysia. His research focuses on flameless combustion, emission reduction, and energy efficiency, and he was recognized among the top researchers at Bright Star University by the AD Scientific Index in 2025..
Head of the Mechanical Engineering Department, Bright Star University, Brega, Libya Mohammed A. M. Haweel obtained his Master’s degree from the Academy of Graduate Studies, Benghazi, in 2014. He has published several research papers in the fields of renewable energy and internal combustion engines.

M.Sc. in Geology (Geochemistry), Lecturer and Researcher specializing in Environmental Geochemistry and Petroleum Applications. Head of the Petroleum Engineering Department, Bright Star University, Brega, Libya. Research interests include environmental and petroleum geochemistry, natural resource assessment, and sustainable energy development
Academic Qualification: Master's Academic Degree: Lecturer Position: Head of the Chemical Engineering Department, Bright Star University, Brega, Libya Research Contributions and Publications: In numerous local conferences and international journals, most notably the scientific journal of the American Chemical Society.
Currently holding the dual roles of Vice Dean for Scientific Affairs and Assistant Professor at Bright Star University. Expertise in Electrical Engineering, specifically Control Systems and Instrumentation. Holds an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (Control Systems) and a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (Control & Instrumentation).
M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing Systems from the University of Benghazi (2019). Lecture in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Bright Star University in El Brega, Libya. Head of the Office of Quality and Performance Evaluation, College of Technical Engineering.
