إنطلقت صباح اليوم السبت الموافق 12 / 11 / 2022 م أولى رحلات العمل الحقلي لطلبة قسم هندسة جيولوجيا النفط بجامعة النجم الساطع البريقة إلى منطقة الباكور بالجبل الأخضر
حيث تم تعليم الطلبة على كيفية إستخدام البوصلة الجيولوجية و قياس ميول الطبقات و التعرف على بعض التراكيب الجيولوجية ودراستها مثل الصدوع والفواصل ( الشقوق ) وكيفية اسقاطها وكتابتها عل الخرائط …

Geological Field Methods (GFM) for surface geological mapping.

On this day, bachelor students in the Department of Geological Engineering learned how to use the geological compass, and measure the strike and dip, in amount and direction, followed by a visit to the Al-Bakour quarry to learn about the structural phenomena of the Eocene (Apollina Formation) such as faults, joints, and some primary sedimentary structures as well.
